I am constantly working towards pushing the boundaries of my art practice.  I often use mixed media and like to explore new techniques in my approach to the paintings that I create.
In my latest body of work I have been inspired by travel to my ancestral country of Scotland where I practiced ‘en plein air’, painting directly in the Scottish landscape to capture the mood and my feeling for the environment.
